COVID-19 Operational Updates

IMPORTANT: Operations under COVID-19

As an essential business, we are continuing all business operations and remain committed to addressing the needs of our beneficiaries and protecting their eligibility for vital government benefits during these uncertain times. We are processing requests daily and continuing to assist people with new account applications to meet those needs.

Submitting Disbursements and Deposits

You may fax requests to (518) 439-2670 or mail requests to PO Box 1531 Latham, NY 12110.

Please mail deposits to the address on your deposit slips. You may also enroll in monthly Electronic Deposits so you don't have to mail a check each month. To enroll, complete and submit the Monthly Electronic Deposit Application for review.

No On-site Visits or In-person Meetings

We have suspended any on-site visits and in-person meetings to ensure the health and safety of our beneficiaries, staff, and their families. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
 

Monitoring Account Activity

We encourage you to utilize the Online Portal and automated phone system for account information whenever possible.

Customer service representatives are also available weekdays from 8 AM-5PM to assist you by calling (518) 439-8323.

Establishing and Funding a New Account
For assistance establishing a new account, please call (518) 439-8323 or email intake@nysarc.org.

Our team is prepared to provide virtual notary services as needed under the guidelines of the Governor's Executive Order. We understand that getting "guaranteed funds" may not be feasible and, at this time, we will accept personal checks for the initial deposit.
