We are excited to offer trust beneficiaries and authorized contacts a faster, more convenient way to track the activity of a trust account. Using the NYSARC Trust Portal, you can now access trust account information online, anytime to:

  • Check account balances
  • Confirm trust deposits
  • Track disbursements and automatic payments
  • Download and print informal activity reports

Who Can Sign Up for the Portal?

For the security of our beneficiaries, you must be authorized to view the details of a trust account to use the NYSARC Trust Portal. We review each Portal account request to verify your authorization and will respond to account sign ups as quickly as possible. 

How to Register?

When signing up, please provide your name and contact information so that we can verify that you are authorized to view an account. If you are not the beneficiary, please be sure to sign up using your own name and email address.

For attorneys and other professionals, please provide the name of your organization so that we have all of the information we need to verify your authorization to access a trust account. 

  • User's First and Last Name **if you are not the beneficiary enter your name**
  • Organization (If applicable, ex. Law firm, service provider, relationship to beneficiary, etc.)
  • Phone
  • Email Address (Also your username to access the Portal in the future)
  • Confirm Email Address
  • Account Number and 4-digit PIN for an active trust account

What happens next?

After you sign up, NYSARC will review your request to verify your authorization. If approved, you will receive an email with a unique link to complete your registration by setting up a password. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, call customer service at 518-439-8323.

How do I add more trust accounts to my profile?

Once you are approved, log into the Portal and visit the Accounts page. Click the button to "Add Trust Accounts" and provide the Account Number and PIN for any additional accounts you have access to. You may add up to five additional accounts at a time.

You will receive an email within two business days responding to your request. If approved, the account will immediately be added to your profile. For more information, detailed instructions can be found on page 15 of the User Tips Guide you received in your Welcome Email.
